ORDERING

Who am I buying from?

LeiHut is an online mall of Hawai‘i vendors who pack and ship their own products. This gets you right to the source at reasonable prices.

How do I order?

Just click the "Add to Cart" buttons whenever you see products you like. Those products will be added to a buying list which you can edit before purchasing. When you're ready to actually buy the products, just follow the "Checkout" directions to select shipping options and payment method.

Is LeiHut's ordering process secure?

Yes. LeiHut uses PayPal merchant services to ensure that you purchases will be handled in a safe, secure and professional manner.

Do I have to open an account at LeiHut?

No. You can make purchases without opening an account however if you wish to use our free time-saving features for return customers (Wish List and fast-pay forms), you are invited to open your very own free account.

What payment methods does LeiHut accept?

LeiHut uses the PayPal checkout system so you can pay via most major credit cards or PayPal account.

What should I do if I have trouble placing my order?

LeiHut will be happy to assist you if you have any technical difficulties placing your order. Please contact us and let us know how we can help.

Does LeiHut offer bulk or custom sales?

SHIPPING

Can I view shipping costs before checkout?

Yes. You can view estimated shipping costs prior to checkout by inputing your shipping destination.

Why are there different shipping rates for each vendor?

Vendors pack and ship their own products. Some vendors use USPS flat rate boxes to ship, some charge a flat fee regardless of order size, and others use Fed Ex or other methods depending on product and timing requirements. If a vendor offers options, you'll be able to choose at the time of check out.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time depends on shipping options and the vendor you ordered from. If you ordered products from five different vendors, you will receive five separate boxes that may arrive at different times based on the shipment process for each vendor. In general, orders should arrive within 14 calendar days from the date of payment to allow for vendors to process and ship.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We're currently handling domenstic USA orders only but will soon offer to additional locations. Please feel free to join our mailing list to receive notifications on important LeiHut announcements.

How are perishable items shipped?

LeiHut vendors take into account perishable items by limiting shipping options to expedited delivery and engineering packing systems to adequately protect products. Individual vendors are responsible for customer service, returns and replacement products in the event of error. RETURNS

What's LeiHut's return policy?

LeiHut offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your order, ship it back to the vendor that sent it to you for a full refund. You'll be reimbursed for the product and the return shipping cost. If you are not receiving satisfaction on your order, LeiHut is here to help, so feel free to Contact Us

How do I return an item shipped by a vendor?

Please fill out a Return Shipping Form and return the item directly to the vendor. Visit the vendor page for address and contact info.

If I return an item; how soon will I receive my refund?

If you are returning the item to a vendor for a refund, you should receive a refund in 8-10 business days after the carrier has received your item.

If I have a problem with my order, who should I contact?

FUNDRAISING

How much does LeiHut contribute to charity?

LeiHut Care Packages and other products advertised with "% donated to charity" notices contribute 10% of proceeds to programs that support business and financial literacy of students and/or Hawai‘i vendors. For More, see Fundraisers

Can an organization participate in a LeiHut fundraisers?

Yes. LeiHut welcomes all comers to help spread business and financial literacy to the world.

Can an organization sell LeiHut products as their own fundraiser?
